I still remember the day CX clicked. I had worked at several jobs where I learned everything about CUSTOMER SUPPORT, but it wasn’t until I learned what CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE was, that I knew what my career would be.
With some great guidance from a manager, I was sent down a rabbit hole to discover how to develop a holistic understanding of customers and their journeys with organizations. I’m highly motivated by helping customers achieve success, and it’s a little embarrassing how amped I get on building customer success programs.
I’m excited to be searching for my next destination with a great new company, as I advance even further in leading Customer Success and Experience.
